The "Ahsoka" actor was first linked with Nnamdi Okafor, a philanthropic strategist for California State University, in April 2022, per People. The pair made their relationship public in August 2022 after Dawson shared a series of loving pictures of the two on Instagram for Okafor's birthday. Touching on her relationship, Dawson told the outlet that she was done being "super secretive" about who she is dating, saying, "You get to a certain age, and it's just, 'I'm not going to go through the trouble of hiding somebody. That just seems silly.'"
Despite this attitude, Dawson hasn't opened up about her relationship with Okafor or posted much on social media about him since last summer. Nonetheless, it appears they are still going strong, as there hasn't been any news of a breakup as of August 2023.
