In 2016, Kelce starred in the reality dating show "Catching Kelce," which involved 50 women from each state competing to win over his heart. During the show's finale, Kelce ultimately chose to date Maya Benberry. "I just feel like the luckiest girl in the world," Benberry said on the finale (via Just Jared). "For that to be my man, and he's really my man now, it's just amazing that my dream guy is now mine!"
Kelce also expressed his excitement about making things official with Benberry. "It's been the craziest roller coaster of my life," Kelce said about his experience on the show. "I am so excited to be with Maya and see how we grow as a couple and to see where our relationship can go."
The pair only dated for a few months. Although fans initially didn't know why they split, Benberry has since accused Kelce of being unfaithful to her. In a Sept. 26 interview with the Daily Mail, Benberry was asked about Kelce's latest relationship with Swift. "Once a cheater always a cheater," she said. "Taylor seems like such a fun girl with a beautiful spirit, so I wish her the best of luck but I wouldn't be a girls's girl if I didn't advise her to be smart!"
Shortly afterward, a source close to Kelce told TMZ that he never cheated on Benberry. "She's full of it, and only trying to grab her 15 minutes of fame," the source said.
