Barker and Kardashian were open about their desire to have a baby together and their journey with IVF since their relationship took off. After months of IVF, Kardashian revealed in a May 2023 episode of "The Kardashians" that they had stopped the fertilization treatment for good. "We are officially done with IVF," she revealed (via People). "We would love a baby more than anything, but I really believe in what God has in store for us. If that's a baby, I believe it will happen."
In June 2023, Kardashian shared at a Blink-182 concert in Los Angeles that she was pregnant, posting the entire reveal on Instagram. In the video, she is seen holding a giant sign that reads, "Travis I'm Pregnant," an ode to the band's 1999 music video for "All the Small Things." After being congratulated by frontman/bassist Mark Hoppus, Kardashian was embraced by Barker while the crowd cheered.
