Sophie Turner's Romantic History Includes Musicians — and Now, a British Aristocrat

Sophie Turner appears to be moving on from Joe Jonas with a British aristocrat. On Oct. 28, the 27-year-old actor — who is currently in the middle of a divorce with Joe Jonas — was spotted kissing Peregrine "Perry" Pearson during an outing in Paris, per The Sun. They were also seen at the Stade de France, where Turner revealed the Rugby World Cup trophy.

At the moment, no other details have been revealed about their relationship, but the rumored new romance comes a month after Jonas filed for divorce from Turner after four years together. Three days after their separation news broke, the former couple confirmed their split with a joint statement on Instagram.

"After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage," they wrote. "There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children."

Turner dated the Vamps guitarist in 2014. In an interview with The Sun in November 2018, McVey discussed their romance, which was rumored to have ended after a Twitter "feud" between them. According to McVey, the pair actually split six weeks after the online "joke," and things ended amicably.

"I've been meaning to put this right for years, and for some reason I haven't," he said. "So Sophie and I, we actually parted really amicably, and the stuff that was all on Twitter was a joke between me and her."

"We were actually still together when we did all that," he added. "No one really got it apart from us, and now, in hindsight, it looks like we had a really messy breakup, but when we did that, we actually carried on dating for, like, six weeks after that and it was fine."

At the time of the interview, McVey said he had spoken to Turner a "couple times" since she got engaged to Joe Jonas. "I really love DNCE, Joe's band, and I'm really happy for them," he said. "I'm a massive fan of Sophie's work, so it's nice to see someone that I used to know really well succeed, and, yeah, I'm really happy for them."

Turner and Jonas began dating after the musician reached out to her on Instagram in 2016. "We had a lot of mutual friends. And they'd been trying to introduce us for a long time," the actor previously told Harper's Bazaar UK. "We were following each other on Instagram and he direct-messaged me one fine day, out of the blue."

In October 2017, the pair announced their engagement on Instagram. Alongside a photo of their hands, which featured a close-up of Turner's ring, Jonas wrote, "She said yes." Turner wrote, "I said yes" in her post.

Turner and Jonas tied the knot twice. First, they wed in an impromptu wedding ceremony in Las Vegas in May 2019, and one month later, they had a more formal ceremony at the Chateau de Tourreau in Sarrians, France. However, four years later, in September 2023, Jonas filed for divorce from Turner. During their time together, they welcomed two children, Willa Jonas (born July 2020) and another daughter (born July 2022) whose name has not been publicly revealed.

The former couple are currently in the midst of a divorce battle. In October 2023, after some back and forth, the pair reached a temporary custody agreement.
