5 Things You Probably Didn't Know About Jordan Fisher's Fiancée, Ellie Woods

With the release of Jordan Fisher's movie Work It, you're probably eager to know all about the woman who's stolen his heart. While his fiancée, Ellie Woods, isn't an actress, she and Jordan do share a love of theater. They even grew up going to the same theater conservatory! The pair first started dating in 2017, so there's been no shortage of adorable relationship pics. In a scene that seems straight out of a romantic comedy, Jordan popped the question at Ellie's parents' beach house in 2019 because it's a special place for them. Jordan previously told People that the pair "were best friends growing up" in Birmingham, AL. The couple never lost touch, and their friendship turned romantic in 2017, with Jordan saying he knew Ellie was "the one" basically two months into dating. Jordan eventually proposed in 2019.


She Went to School For Clinical Nutrition

Staying true to her Alabama roots, Ellie attended the University of Alabama, where she graduated in 2020 with a bachelor of science in clinical nutrition. She was also a member of the Student Dietetics Association and CHAARG, which is a women's health and fitness organization.


She Was in a Sorority

Ellie was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta, aka Alpha Gam. The sorority often partners with Meals on Wheels and Feeding America to help Americans overcome food insecurity.


She Enjoys Painting

Ellie sold this "beautiful funky piece" on her Instagram in July, letting people know she was open to painting more. Back in May, she also posted a tribute to the Black Lives Matter movement.
