It's finally here! After keeping us waiting for what felt like ages, Ariana Grande dropped the music video for her new single, "7 Rings," on Thursday night, and no one is OK. The song, which samples "My Favorite Things" from The Sound of Music, is all about female empowerment and was born out of a shopping trip Grande took with her friends following her split from ex-fiancé Pete Davidson back in October 2018.

"'Twas a pretty rough day in NYC. My friends took me to Tiffany's," Grande tweeted this past December. "We had too much Champagne. I bought us all rings. It was very insane and funny." Apparently one of Grande's pals suggested she turn their trip into a song, and well, here we are. The video, of course, features a bunch of Grande's girlfriends and remains true to her aesthetic: lots of pink and a whole lot of sexiness. Singer Victoria Monét even makes another appearance (she also appeared in Grande's "Thank U, Next" video)! So excuse us . . . we'll just be over here watching the video on loop until Grande drops her next song.
