As we're getting ready to watch the Oscars, the Spirit Awards anointed its own winners and had its own memorable moments saluting this year's award season movies. Kristen Bell and Fred Armisen hosted the show together, and to open the event, they showed off a Birdman spoof that also included Miles Teller's drumming and Bill Hader as an Alejandro González Iñárritu-like director.
