CBS Has Canceled Under the Dome

Under the Dome is joining the ranks of 2015's canceled TV shows after three seasons. CBS pulled the plug on the adaptation of Stephen King's novel due to falling ratings. "Two years ago, Under the Dome broke new ground in the Summer and became an instant hit on CBS, as well as with viewers around the world," said CBS Entertainment chairman Nina Tassler. "We're excited to present the final chapter in Chester's Mill as the story comes full circle, with the Dome coming down as dramatically as it went up." At least fans will get to see a proper series finale! Cry a single tear for Under the Dome, then get excited for the shows returning to primetime this Fall.
