Vance took home the award for best actor in a movie made for television or limited series at the 2017 Critics' Choice Awards, but it was his acceptance speech that truly won everyone over. The 56-year-old actor thanked his mother, who is battling ALS, and also dedicated his award to his wife, actress Angela Bassett. "Another one for you," he said.
