It's only June, but we have a feeling America's Got Talent's latest audition will get you in the mood for Halloween. In October 2006, one of the greatest memes of all time was born: Dancing Pumpkin Man. Nebraska native Matt Geiler was working as an anchor for Omaha CW affiliate KXVO's nightly newscast and decided that the Oct. 31 show could use a little something extra. "I said, 'Yo, let's do this,'" Geiler told Omaha.com in 2016. "'Cue up the Ghostbusters song, and I'm going to jump into this black unitard and take up some time cutting these fresh dance moves.'"
His hilarious dance went viral, and more than a decade later, he brought the routine back for an AGT audition. Much to judge Simon Cowell's chagrin, Geiler got on stage to "spread joy through the dance." Cowell might have hit his buzzer, but the dance did earn Geiler a standing ovation from Mel B, so that's something. Watch out, Mandy Harvey!
