Fear the Walking Dead: All the Info You Need to Be Prepared For Season 2

We don't know where the rest of the season will go, but we at least know that the group sets sail on Victor Strand's yacht.

In an interview with The Huffington Post, actor Cliff Curtis described for second season as being much more fast-paced than the first. "Season one was really about the slow burn — how much people weren’t really up to speed, how to deal with the situation — so we kind of turned the corner by the last episode of season one. Season two, we all know what we’re in for. We’re out at sea, and we’re not the only ones out there, basically. There’s a whole bunch of people who have the same idea as us. I’m having a great time with the new script. There’s no more slow burn. That’s done with. And a lot more going on."

One of the overarching mysteries (that no one actually seems to care about) on The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead is where exactly the virus originates from. When the topic was brought up in an interview with producer Dave Erickson, he hinted that characters will at least talk about it this season: "There’s someone we’re going to meet in a subsequent episode who speaks to that exactly. They have that conversation and debate whether this is nature or is it completely unnatural. And they don’t get an answer, but I think that is worth exploring."

Season two is set to premiere on April 10, exactly one week after The Walking Dead's finale.
