It's a bittersweet time for Gleeks, and pictures of the very last episode of Glee have arrived. The special two-hour finale, titled "2009/Dreams Come True," will air this week. You may have already openly sobbed at touching pictures the cast shared while filming it, but these pictures make everything feel so final.
