TV Characters Have the Best Halloween Costumes This Year

As always, the Dunphy home is decked out in Halloween decor for Modern Family's Halloween episode, airing on Oct. 29.

Claire (Julie Bowen) tries going with a retro Working Girl look.

Alex (Ariel Winter) hurts her finger, unless this is some Halloween stunt.

Jay (Ed O'Neill) dons a robe and a wig for some breakfast action.

He doesn't look too pleased with his costume. He's trying to be Prince Charming, but it looks more like Benjamin Franklin.

Meanwhile, Gloria (Sofia Vergara) is his Princess Fiona and Joe is the donkey — so adorable!

That's definitely more of a forefather-style outfit.

They're still cute together.

Phil (Ty Burrell) has his heart set on creating AwesomeLand.
