Kevin Bacon appeared on The Late Late Show With James Corden to play a friendly round of "Know Your Costar" and promote his film Cop Car, but he let slip a little trivia about how he gets to know his costars. Before he shoots a movie with anyone, he googles their name, plus "Bacon Number," and it tells him how many degrees of separation they are from him. What? Of course, Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon has long been a running joke in Hollywood, but since when does Google have a function like this? And do the Google engineers know that Bacon actually uses it?
