Many of the Glee cast members are sharing pictures in honor of this week's finale, but Naya Rivera really took it to the next level. The actress uploaded a ton of collages to Instagram that she had taken over the years. They capture a lot of really memorable moments from themed episodes and guest star appearances. It's like a special gift for Gleeks, especially if you can remember all the episodes. Rivera also took to Facebook to talk about the show: "I've had the time of my life playing Santana these past six seasons. Thank you all for the love through the years. While I'm sad to hang-up Santana's pompoms, I'm excited for this next chapter of my life!"
