Do you like roguish vigilantes? Or scenes that feature 50 arrows being shot at once in slow motion? How about dramatic dialogue like, "Who is he? He's all of us." If any of those things appeal to you, then good news: you're going to love Robin Hood.
The adaptation of the classic "steal from the rich, give to the poor" tale is getting a modern, gritty twist. This time around, the masked hero (Kingsman's Taron Egerton) is also a member of the upper class, making his off-hours heroism even more intriguing. Judging from the teaser trailer above, the Otto Bathurst-directed film is jam-packed with bloody battles, jaw-dropping fight choreography, and yes — a little romance with Maid Marian (Bridge of Spies's Eve Hewson).
Jamie Dornan also stars as Will Scarlet, while Jamie Foxx will appear as Robin Hood's mentor, Little John. As an added bonus, Ready Player One's Ben Mendelsohn will continue his villainous streak as the Sheriff of Nottingham. Watch the teaser above before it hits theaters on Nov. 21!
