Taylor Swift Casually Shows Up to a Couple's Engagement Party to Perform a Special Song

Taylor Swift gave a couple quite the special gift on Saturday when she popped into their engagement party to sing. The lucky duo was Alex Goldschmidt — an associate director at Digital Media Management — and Ross Girard — a video producer. Goldschmidt proposed earlier that day and opened up about Swift's appearance, which he planned to surprise Girard, in a series of Instagram posts. "She came, she sang, I'm dead," he captioned one snap of him with Girard and Swift. In a video of Swift singing an acoustic version of "King of My Heart" from her 2017 album Reputation, Goldschmidt also revealed, "I decided to propose to Ross listening to this song in my car. I can't thank Taylor enough for wanting to help make this day so special."

Swift has shared cute moments such as this with her fans before. She's previously shown up to someone's bridal shower, hand-delivered Christmas presents, visited a children's hospital to sing, and performed at a wedding. Now, we have another sweet moment to add to her ever-growing list. View more photos and videos of Swift at the engagement party ahead!
