True Detective Recut as a Romantic Comedy Is More Entertaining Than the Original
We're the first to admit that True Detective's second season is a bit, well, lacking, but this video is straight-up fantastic. The folks at World Wide Interweb created a romantic-comedy trailer with footage of Ani (Rachel McAdams) and Ray (Colin Farrell) set to upbeat songs. It's absolutely absurd, and it works incredibly well. We sure hope those two star-crossed lovers make it.
