Megan Thee Stallion Ends Justin Timberlake Beef Rumors: "I Just Talk With My Hands"

There's no bad blood between Megan Thee Stallion and Justin Timberlake. The two stars were spotted on camera backstage at the MTV VMAs on Sept. 12, and in a clip, social media users commented that it appeared Megan was yelling at Timberlake as he passed by. Fellow *NSYNC member Joey Fatone also seemed to say something as well. Shortly after the clip went viral, though, a source who saw what happened told Variety there was no truth to the speculation, saying there was "zero fight."

"He said, 'It's so nice to meet you,' and she said 'No, no this don't count, this don't count. We gotta meet proper,'" the insider said. "It was very cute."

Further proving that Megan and Timberlake are on good terms, the "Bongos" rapper shared a TikTok video on Sept. 13 laughing and talking with the *NSYNC crooner. "I just talk with my hands lol 💁🏽‍♀️see ya next time @Justin Timberlake," Megan captioned the post.

Before the fake drama took off on social media, Megan hit the VMAs stage alongside Cardi B to perform their single, "Bongos," for the first time, sparking an enthusiastic reaction from the crowd — particularly from Cardi's husband, Offset. Timberlake also reunited with his band *NSYNC and presented the award for best pop to a very excited Taylor Swift. "Are you gonna do something?" she asked the group during her acceptance speech, fueling rumors of more *NSYNC reunions to come.
