Each couple on the show faces an ultimatum: commit to one another (aka get married) or break up — perhaps even sparking a new relationship with one of the other contestants.

Nate is currently the COO of Derive Development, which is headquartered in Houston, Texas. Derive Development is a real-estate company with the goal of "shaping luxury urban living in San Antonio through unparalleled residential new development sales and consulting."
Lauren describes herself as a "craft cocktail creator, consumer, and enthusiast." She runs a cocktail-making Instagram page. She is based in Austin, Texas.
April is a model who once described herself as a "Filipina Barbie." She was born in California but calls Florida her home. In a 2016 interview, she said that she enjoys "hanging out at the beach, going on road trips with family and friends, and going to new places."
Zay and Rae have been a couple for two and a half years. Rae gives Zay the ultimatum.
Who Is Zay Wilson From "The Ultimatum"?
According to his social media profiles, Zay Wilson is a model and media personality. Prior to his time on "The Ultimatum," he attended Kansas Wesleyan University, playing on the university's basketball team from 2019 to 2020. Wilson majored in sports management but now dedicates his time to being an influencer on social media.
Rae graduated from an HCBU in 2020 and worked as a bartender while going to school. She is very active on social media and has accounts on Twitter and Instagram. In one Twitter post, she shared love for the "Twilight" and "Harry Potter" film series.
Alexis and Hunter have been dating for two years, but it's not enough for Alexis. She issues Hunter the ultimatum.

Hunter has a B.S in chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and is currently based in Austin, Texas. He is a professional services analyst at Oracle.
Alexis is currently an influencer with LTK (LIKEtoKNOW.it.), which curates personal shopping experiences for clients. In 2017, the company made more than $1 billion in sales. On her LTK profile, Alexis invites others to "mix and match staple, investment pieces with affordable everyday styles."
Shanique and Randall have been dating for a year and a half, and Shanique gives Randall the ultimatum.

Randall graduated from Florida A&M University School of Business and Industry in 2017. He has worked at Oracle for almost four years and currently holds the title of senior cloud analyst.
Shanique is the owner of Syn's Closet, a Texas-based clothing company that offers lingerie, loungewear, and swim apparel. She is based in Austin, Texas, and graduated from Texas Southern University in 2018.
Colby and Madlyn have been together for a year and a half. While Colby is ready to take their relationship to the next level, Madlyn isn't as willing.
