All of American Horror Story: Freak Show's Gruesome Fatalities

In Freak Show's second episode, we find out that Desiree previously earned extra money by allowing gay men to have sex with her. Since she's a hermaphrodite, she has both organs normally associated with male and female sexes, so when they have sex with her, they apparently get the feeling of being straight. Drunken Dell walks in on this situation, and he snaps the guy's neck effortlessly.
