11 New Shows to Get Addicted to This Summer
There are a ton of shows returning to TV this Summer, but if you're in the mood for something new, we've got you covered. A few shows have already started, but it's not too late to jump on the bandwagon. Let The Astronaut Wives Club transport you back to the '60s when it premieres this Thursday, or hit up Camp Firewood with Netflix's Wet Hot American Summer reboot. HBO is debuting two new comedies on Sunday, June 21 — one with the incomparable Dwayne Johnson — and MTV is bringing Scream to the small screen. Wayward Pines

Matt Dillon stars as a federal agent who finds himself trapped in a mysterious town with no way out. Carla Gugino, Shannyn Sossamon, and Toby Jones costar in the mind-bending drama.
The Whispers
When it's on: Mondays at 10 p.m. on ABC
Lily Rabe is taking a break from American Horror Story for The Whispers, a similarly creepy (but not as twisted) series. Rabe plays an FBI specialist who stumbles upon a mysterious force that is manipulating children with a dangerous "game."

If you're a fan of reality romance shows like The Bachelor, you might love this Lifetime series about the producers (Shiri Appleby and Constance Zimmer) of a dating competition series.

Andy and Lana Wachowski are behind this Netflix series, which finds a group of people from across the globe suddenly mentally linked.
The Astronaut Wives Club

Dwayne Johnson is pretty busy these days, but he's managed to squeeze in filming an entire HBO series. He plays a retired athlete who now serves as a financial adviser to professional football players. With all the beautiful people, cars, and scenery, it's basically the new Entourage.
The Brink

Jack Black and Tim Robbins star in this oddball comedy about the government struggling to prevent a new world war.
