PS: So what's your favorite way to spend a day off?
RK: A perfect day off would be sleeping in, number one, then either going for a hike or going to the beach. Lunch in Santa Monica, right on the beach.
PS: About the gym — are you guys just . . . always working out?
RK: We just cry together, and they beat us. [Laughs.] Our studio has a full-on, everything-you-can-think-of gym in the middle of our sets. It's awesome. I don't do it between scenes because you're obviously going to get sweaty and ruin your makeup, but on days where you do 16-hour days and you still need to make it to the gym, it's awesome. Having a gym on set, you can be like, OK, I'm going to do a half-ass workout, and it's better than nothing.
PS: So you're all doing it together?
RK: We don't really work out together. Our schedules are all intertwined, so it's whenever we can. Fitness is — you know, it's Teen Wolf. It's shirtless boys. It's definitely encouraged to stay in shape. It's just part of the job. And you see the other castmates, and you're like, damn, I need to catch up, so just by looking at each other, we kind of push ourselves.
