Arrow: Guest Stars, Olicity, and Everything We Know About Season 4

Don't panic! Oliver and Felicity are totally an item, but newcomer Elysia Rotaru has joined the show as a love interest from Oliver's past. Her character, whose name hasn't been released, will appear in flashbacks. Guggenheim told TVLine that he thinks season four has the "best flashback story ever," so I'll be curious to see how exactly she ties in.
