While the creators of Game of Thrones have purposely avoided flashbacks, there's a new way to look back into history: through Bran's eyes. The Three-Eyed Raven is helping Bran hone his greenseeing abilities, and not only does he travel back to see his father as a young child, this past week he watches the battle at the Tower of Joy. If you're at all versed in the A Song of Ice and Fire books, you know the signifance of that place: it's where Ned finds his dying sister, Lyanna.
