15 Questions We Need Orange Is the New Black to Answer in Season 4

Is may seem like a crazy theory, but when you stack up all the evidence that Piper may be killed off in the fourth season, it's pretty convincing.

Alex being cornered by her former boss's lackey is one of the biggest cliffhangers from the season three finale. At the time, it doesn't seem like there's a way for her to survive the greenhouse encounter, yet she's alive in pictures from season four.

Soso has a rough go of it in the third season. She attempts suicide but Taystee, Poussey, and Crazy Eyes save her life. Still, she seems permanently changed. The once-cheerful inmate tells Healey that he's terrible at his job, and it'll be interesting to see if she returns to her positive state of mind or if she stays down in the dumps. One thing we can glean from the trailer? Soso and Poussey look pretty cozy.

Creepy guard Coates forces himself on Pennsatucky in season three, and while she gets out of interacting with him, Maritza gets assigned to driving with him. Pennsatucky and Big Boo plan to punish him but can't go through with it. Will he finally be held accountable for his disgusting actions? He's shown in the latest trailer, so he's definitely in the new season.

Litchfield's guards unionize and go on strike at the end of season three, and pictures from season four show some unfamiliar guards. Plus, the trailers tease some heavy-duty officers coming off a truck and into Litchfield. Are Wade and Wanda done for good?

Sophia is sent to the SHU for her own protection (um, OK) in the third season, and pictures from season four show her looking downtrodden and less than glamorous. Will Litchfield's most fabulous inmate be allowed to be her fabulous self ever again?

Morello marries Vincent on the third season, but will she become as obsessive over him as she was with Christopher, aka that guy she used to stalk? Part of me feels like Vincent would actually like being Morello's new fixation.

Judy King (newcomer Blair Brown) enters Litchfield amidst the chaos of the prison break in the season three finale, and pictures of season four show her in the kitchen — Red's kitchen. Will she be the new head chef? The power struggle between Red and the new character, who's inspired by Martha Stewart, should be interesting. Plus, Judy is only one of 100 new inmates (according to Caputo in the trailer), so that means lots of new stories!

Daya's baby girl is taken by Child Protective Services during the raid on Cesar's house. Hopefully we'll get an update on where she ends up.

Meanwhile, Bennett goes off the grid in season four. It's very disappointing to see him abandon his and Daya's baby, but we're still holding out hope that this theory about his part in the raid on Cesar's house is true.

Suzanne and Maureen have a small spark in season three, and they make it official by holding hands in the finale. Here's to hoping they've found love with each other!

Lolly is a giant question mark all during the third season; Alex is terrified that she may be at Litchfield to kill her on behalf of her former boss, but then we find out that Lolly is just paranoid and disturbed. Perhaps we'll finally find out what puts Lolly behind bars in the first place?

Nicky winds up in the maximum security facility during season three, and it's horrible. Nicky isn't in any of the season four trailers or pictures, which doesn't bode well for her fate.
