At first, it really seemed like these two were a separate entity from "A.D." Then again, let's think about it for a second. Mary seems to want to avenge Charlotte's murder. "A.D." is desperate to find Charlotte's killer. We know Mary is at the Lost Woods Resort during Hanna's kidnapping, but where's Dr. Rollins? Could it be he's the one who abducts Hanna? And think about this: he seems to think Alison is Charlotte's killer, and he seems to have found that out awful fast. If these two were "A.D.," everything would add up.
