It's going to be a while before season seven of Game of Thrones gets here (July 16, to be exact), which leaves a lot of time for fans to come up with theories about what will happen. Jaime Will Kill Cersei
We know that Cersei was told a prophecy that her children will die, and then her little brother will kill her. Now all of her children are gone and she is on the throne. During the season finale, Jaime gives Cersei a look that shows he isn't happy about this at all. Will Jaime end up killing her? Possibly because she becomes the Mad Queen? He did kill the last mad ruler, after all.

Jon and Daenerys Will End Up Together
Yes, we know he is her nephew, but there is a good chance this could happen. Game of Thrones has many parallels to the very real War of Roses between the Lancasters (Lannisters) and the Northern Yorks (Starks) over England, and there is a theory that the show will end the way that real war ended. A Lancaster named Henry sailed to get an army in order to take over the throne, then married the eldest daughter of the Yorks and they ruled together. This is highly probable given the A Song of Ice and Fire theory.

Bran Will Warg Into a Dragon
Bran is learning more about his powers, and some of us are hoping that this will lead him into warging into a dragon one day. The dragons are pretty smart and are very helpful on their own, but perhaps Bran will still need to do so in order to save everyone from a dangerous situation.

Samwell Will Find Proof of Jon's Parentage
We know who Jon's parents are thanks to Bran's time-traveling, but that might not be enough for people to see Jon as a legitimate descendant of the Starks and Targaryens. Will Samwell find proof of Jon's parents in the form of a secret marriage certificate, deeming Jon no longer a bastard?

Jon's Real Name Is Jaehaerys
After Lyanna gives birth to Jon, she leans in and tells Ned the baby's name. Unfortunately, this portion of the audio is almost muted for the audience. So what is Jon's real name? There is a fan theory that it is Jaehaerys, but it had to be changed because the name reveals a lot. Jaehaerys is the name of two former Targaryen kings. One strengthened the Night's Watch, the other restored the peace between the Crown and the Faith while on the throne. Guess who is doing exactly what his namesake did? Jon!
