What to Expect From The Walking Dead's Season 7 Premiere

And, well, even after months of healing, we still haven't fully recovered from the traumatic cliffhanger and Negan's twisted game of Eeny Meeny Miny Moe. In the months since the end of season six, we've already amassed details about the next chapter, but the season's starting point is so highly anticipated, we're going over exactly what you can expect from that first episode. Get ready, because this Sunday might change everything . . . for the worse.

We'll Definitely Get to See Who Negan Kills

After one of the most devastating cliffhangers in TV history, the show's creators, showrunners, and executive producers have all promised closure. Even Jeffrey Dean Morgan guaranteed blood will be spilled in a recent interview with Vulture: "Season seven is going to pick up right where we left off. So you're going to see who's on the end of that bat."

We Might Lose More Than Just One Major Player

Due to the nature of recent quotes, clips, and other miscellaneous speculation, it's looking like Negan might kill two main characters. To which we say, "NOOOOO!"

We May or May Not Get a Glimpse of the Kingdom

While we don't necessarily know when the Kingdom will come into play, executive producer Gale Anne Hurd teased the possibility while discussing the season seven opener at Comic-Con: "There might be some interesting nonhuman characters as well." There's a good chance she's referring to King Ezekiel's tiger Shiva, who appears in the season seven trailer.
