• While she opposes Dr. Mike's crime in the premiere, she does go along with it. Perhaps she returns to the hospital where she used to work to scare off the new staff for taking her old job?

Why she might not be the killer:

• She simply doesn't seem like the type to murder someone who's just trying to take a nice soak. She's not big enough to be the Green Meanie, and she's also supposedly dead.
