What the Pretty Little Liars Premiere Pictures Reveal

We're in agony. It's been more than seven months since all the twists and turns of the season seven Summer finale of Pretty Little Liars. In the long and arduous months preceding the show's final 10 episodes, we've only managed to snag mere glimpses of what's to come. We've seen the trailer, we've heard about the stakes, and we've even gotten an idea of how it all will end. That said, there's one question we need to answer first: where will it all begin? We've compiled as much information as possible about the final season premiere.

The Whole Gang Is Back Together

Noel Kahn is dead. "A.D." has kidnapped Jenna. Mary Drake has revealed that she's Spencer's mother. There's a lot to go over, and it's not long into the first episode before our liars circle up, reconvene, and figure out how to proceed.

Another Familiar Face Returns

Recognize this guy? It's Aria's friend Holden, the martial arts badass who has a serious heart condition and may or may not be in on some of the dark-sided dealings that happen in and around Rosewood. By the looks of this picture, he's got something for Aria. Or, hey, maybe it's just his number.

. . . And Things Get Kind of Flirty

See?! Maybe Aria and Holden are finally going to get their romance on?! It seems like a pretty ballsy decision for the final 10 episodes, but maybe this interaction is exactly what Ezra needs to realize he wants Aria more than anyone else . . . including his back-from-the-dead ex, Nicole.

A Couple of Probable Survivors and a Possible Death

During Paleyfest, the first minute of the premiere revealed that Spencer and Toby are both in critical condition. In the premiere pictures, we see that Spencer is just fine and resting comfortably. Seeing as Toby makes it to the hospital alive, there's a good chance he's OK, too. Then again, he doesn't appear in any of the pictures, so we can't be sure.

The other person we're not sure about is Yvonne. She's not in the opening minute clip that we saw, and she's not in any of the premiere pics. Is it possible she didn't survive the crash?!

There's one other thing to note about this image. While Mary may be MIA, she's clearly left a note with some answers for Spencer. It's an envelope with Radley Sanitarium as the return address. It looks old. And it says "For my child." What could it possibly say?!

Ezra's Back in Rosewood

Ezra and Aria's relationship status is murky at best after last year's season finale. The couple may be engaged, but Ezra finds out that Nicole, his presumed-dead love, is sill alive. It's possible Ezria may be over for good.

. . . And Things Are Pretty Awkward

I mean, look at this. It's hard to tell if the two are trying to "make it work" or if they've called off the engagement and they're trying to just be friends. One thing's for sure: everything is not peachy-keen.

The Final Game Will Begin

Recently, creator I. Marlene King teased a "final game" with "A.D." in these remaining episodes. If you had any lingering doubt that things would amp up right from the start of the season, this should dispel any skepticism.
