In 2008, Angelina Jolie starred in the Clint Eastwood-directed film Changeling. Jolie portrays Christine Collins, a young mother who struggles to convince the police that the boy claiming to be her son, who went missing years before, is actually an impostor. The mystery thriller is based off of the real-life events of the 1928 Los Angeles "Wineville Chicken Coop" kidnappings and murders.
