Why it's great: The LEGO Batman Movie is movie taken right out of a young child's imagination, though not entirely devoid of emotional pull. Its soundtrack, full of hit covers and pop voices like Patrick Stump and DNCE, is the same — lighthearted and fun, but appropriately poignant when it wants to be.
