Ant-Man and Kang the Conqueror Collide in the New "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania" Trailer

The plot of the Marvel film is described as follows: "Superhero partners Scott Lang (Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Lilly) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and the Wasp. Together, with Hope's parents Hank Pym (Douglas) and Janet Van Dyne (Pfeiffer), the family finds themselves exploring the quantum realm (where Janet was previously trapped), interacting with strange new creatures, and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond the limits of what they thought was possible."

Additionally, we know that Scott's daughter, Cassie (Newton), will get her own suit and become he hero Stature. And Kang (Majors) will have a major role as the film's villain, trapping Scott in some sort of agreement and then going back on his promise and trying to destroy him.
