Season 14, Episode 24: Jo and Alex Tie the Knot

Grey's Anatomy is a twisty, emotional roller coaster. Seeing Jo and Alex finally tie the knot after a maddening ceremony that involves a wedding planner going into anaphylactic shock and a dead guy in a barn brings a sense of relief, for sure. I'm still misty-eyed thinking about how happy the newlyweds look.
