Here's What the Original Cast of The Lion King Is Up to Now

No one has as unmistakable a voice as James Earl Jones, whose booming tones have voiced fathers both noble (Mufasa) and not so much (Darth Vader). His work in recent years has mostly been guest spots and ongoing voice work, but he was recognized by the Screen Actors Guild (in 2008) and the Academy Awards (in 2011) for lifetime achievement. He's returning to the role of Mufasa, once again voicing the noble king of the lions in the 2019 remake of The Lion King.
