Ariana Grande's Soulful Billboard Performance Is the Only Thing Worth Watching Today

After showing up to Thursday night's Billboard Women in Music Awards looking like a lavender dream, Ariana Grande brought the house down with a soulful performance of her hit "Thank U, Next." This time around, the 25-year-old singer hit the stage solo without her First Wives Club posse, but who really needs backup singers when you have a voice like that — am I right?

Billboard recently crowned Grande Woman of the Year, and it's easy to see why just from her performance alone. In an interview with the magazine, Grande said she loves the breakup song more than any other track she's ever released. "I can't believe it but, like, so can," she said. "It's me and my besties tipsy off Champagne — and me with a broken heart — just letting it out and having fun." Luckily for us, it looks like we'll be getting even more new music very soon!
