17 New and Returning Netflix Series to Have on Your Radar This February

February may be the shortest month of the year, but that doesn't mean Netflix is providing any less awesome programming than usual. This month's new TV originals introduce a 17th-century time-traveling Colombian witch, a woman stuck in a time loop, a dysfunctional family of superheroes, a group of Canadian working moms trying to have it all, and so much more. Some of Netflix's best series will also be returning for a new season, including Chef's Table and One Day at a Time. Read on to decide which shows you'll be adding to your must-watch list this month (though it's probably going to be all of them).
