Bond goes rogue in order to pursue a more personal vendetta against a drug lord (played by Robert Davi) who murdered the wife of Bond's CIA friend. Of course, there's also a love triangle between Bond and two Bond girls: morally dubious Lupe Lamora (played by Talisa Soto) and pilot Pam Bouvier (Carey Lowell).
