The Umbrella Academy's Season 2 Soundtrack Is a Musical Time Machine, So Hop In and Jam Out
Season two of Netflix's The Umbrella Academy focuses heavily on time travel as the Hargreeves children fight to save the world in 1963. So it's only right that the soundtrack is a musical time machine that blasts us into a past full of nostalgic jams. The collection of episodes spotlights classic artists such as Aretha Franklin, Frank Sinatra, Sam Cooke, and Kiss, as well as contemporary virtuosos, including the Backstreet Boys and Gnarls Barkley. There are also gorgeous covers of modern songs, including Billie Eilish's "Bad Guy" and Adele's "Hello." Oh, and of course musician Gerard Way, who wrote the show's source material, has a featured track. Now, bust out the record player and blast these tunes from The Umbrella Academy's second installment!
