A supernatural teen drama to end all others, The Vampire Diaries is known as an absolutely epic fantasy series for a reason. Chock-full of vampires, werewolves, witches, and ghosts, the series is set in the otherworldly town of Mystic Falls, VA (reminds us of Fate's Alfea!), and is teeming with mythology, magic, and evil, too. With a love triangle at the center of it all, this show becomes addicting quick.

Even if you love Fate: The Winx Saga's reliance on contemporary themes like Instagram and constant headphone usage (gotta love Musa), going the old-school fantasy route can be fun, too. That's where Carnival Row comes in: a series about immigrant mythological creatures who must coexist with humans after their homelands have been colonized, the premise is truly gripping. Fairies, fauns, and witches abound, dealing with intolerance that inhibits their freedom and their right to love and live.

A spinoff series of The Vampire Diaries, the fantasy drama Legacies introduces us to a new generation of Mystic Falls inhabitants, navigating their own supernatural existences. The standard fare of witches, vampires, and werewolves are back as they attend the mythical Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted. There, they must learn to control their powers, fighting both far-reaching evil and the evil that lies within them.

We love Fate: The Winx Saga's British twist, which definitely gives off Game of Thrones and Harry Potter vibes, so it's no secret that we're also fans of the fantasy series A Discovery of Witches. Based on a novel, the series follows a historian who has discovered an occult manuscript, leading her back to a lost world of vampires, witches, demons, and other kinds of mystical beings. After teaming up with a vampire, they solve countless puzzles that save the world from supernatural disaster.

Retelling the classic tale of King Arthur from a new perspective, Cursed centers on Nimue, a teenage sorceress who later becomes the legendary Lady of the Lake. Joining forces with Arthur in order to save her people, Nimue uses her witchy powers much like the Fate girls use theirs, wielding all kinds of intoxicating magic with true purpose. A coming-of-age story of its own, this series is an exploration of the occult, bravery, rebellion, and the end of the world as the characters know it.

We can't help but associate Fate: The Winx Saga with Netflix's October Faction: both shows are based on an original cartoon and depict all kinds of mystic themes. October Faction is a supernatural drama series following a monster-hunting couple who have recently gone back to their small hometown to arrange a funeral. The pair are part of an organization aimed at protecting humans from unearthly beasts, but soon enough, their own children begin to show they might be magic beings themselves. It's safe to say you'll be hooked!

If Fate: The Winx Saga's Alfea is your dream school and now you're having serious sorcery-education withdrawals, then consider trying out The Order. Centering on a university-level secret society that practices magic and is heavily involved in all things occult, the series portrays monsters, spells, and seriously dark occurrences. As the main character Jack sets out to avenge his mother's death, mystic sorcery becomes a daily norm.

Whether you watched The Crucible in high school and never really got over Winona Ryder's epic performance or just really love all things witchcraft, Salem is a great bet for your next binge. Similar to Fate: The Winx Saga for its story of growth, empowerment, and tons of magic, the series portrays a sorceress named Mary who must reckon with her own powers (sound familiar?) and the witch hunt that threatens to overtake her life.
