What Happens to Annie in Good Girls Season 3?

Annie makes the decision to attend therapy and develops an unhealthy flirtatious relationship with her therapist that escalates to Annie trying to manipulate him to break up with his fiancée. After her therapist is brutally honest with her, Annie gets her priorities straight and resumes studying for her GED. By the end of the season, Annie is inspired to become an EMT after saving Ruby's life following a shooting.
