Staying Up Till Midnight Won't Be a Problem With These 38 New Year's Movies

This Sandra Bullock-led film revolves around Lucy, a single transit worker whose day gets turned upside down after she saves a man (who she had been crushing on for quite some time) from an approaching train and winds up pretending to be his fiancée upon learning he's in a coma. But wait, things get even messier. The man's family arrives at the hospital for visiting hours and stumbles upon Lucy, who continues to play the fiancée. After spending so much time with her fake soon-to-be in-laws, Lucy develops real feelings for Jack (Bill Pullman), the brother. Everything comes to a climax on New Year's Eve when Lucy sets the record straight and finds her voice.
