Ta-da! POPSUGAR got an early look at "Spider-Man: No Way Home," and keeping the secret was tough — I don't know how the cast did it! Without spoiling too much (unless you don't mind), Garfield and Maguire appear while Holland's Peter is crumbling being exposed as Spider-Man by Mysterio, aka Quentin Beck (Jake Gyllenhaal). Mysterio framed Peter for his death and for destroying London in "Spider-Man: Far From Home."
Attempting to deal with his newfound status as public enemy number one, Holland's Peter enlists Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) for help. Their plan fails, and they unlock the metaverse, unleashing Garfield's and Maguire's past foes. The return of the previous Spider-Men is epic, and their role in helping Holland's Peter is unlike anything you'd expect. Plus, their banter, pep talks to one another, and comparisons of their powers are really endearing. With great power comes great responsibility, and Holland, Garfield, and Maguire did an amazing job at not caving to pressure to confirm rumors. They also kicked ass!
