If you thought the challenges on "American Ninja Warrior" were intense, check out this spinoff! The best of the best from previous seasons of the flagship show return for a new set of challenges, with a team-up twist. Instead of competing on their own, this version brings back alumni in teams of three, who then compete head-to-head with simultaneous runs of the obstacle course. They'll have to work together to shore up each other's strengths and weaknesses, all leading them to the final showdown where the team that comes out on top will take home a cash prize for all three members.
