Weeks before the pandemic lockdown began, Biles and Owens quietly slid into each other's DMs, but what's hard to believe is that the Houston Texans safety hadn't heard of Biles prior to their online connection. "I didn't know who she was," he told Texas Monthly last summer. "I just hadn't heard of her, and when I told her that, that's one of the things she liked." Owens added that being able to hang out before the pandemic strengthened their bond. "It was one of the few times in her life where everything was just shut off and she couldn't do anything," he said at the time. "So we used it to get to know each other — really get to know each other . . . Now I'm so thankful."
