During her Divergent trilogy days, Shailene Woodley ruled the action-movie world. She plays a tough-as-nails character named Beatrice "Tris" Prior, whose storyline centers around her unpopular and life-changing decision to join the Dauntless faction — a group of daredevils and thrill-seekers — over her birth faction, Abnegation. As fans of the story know, the two factions couldn't be more different, which only further motivates Tris to prove that she belongs. After the film's success, the trilogy continued with "Insurgent" and "Allegiant" in 2015 and 2016, respectively. The cinematic franchise is based on the Divergent book series by Veronica Roth.
