Why Is Obi-Wan in Hiding in the "Obi-Wan Kenobi" Trailer?

As we saw in "Rebels," the Empire is determined to kill any Jedi who survived the Great Jedi Purge, as well as the next generation of Force users. Because of this, Obi-Wan is forced to keep a low profile on Tatooine in order to stay hidden from the Empire.
