Pretty much everyone is talking about actor Lily James at the moment, mostly due to her recent role in Hulu's "Pam and Tommy" miniseries. However, James was in a whole host of TV shows and films prior to the Pamela Anderson biopic, and they're all worth the watch.
The actor first rose to prominence in Disney's "Cinderella" in 2015, but she actually starred in her first film back in 2012. James starred alongside recent BAFTA rising star Lashana Lynch in the film "Fast Girls," which first premiered at Cannes Film Festival. Since then, James has starred in a plethora of acting projects, including Netflix's "Rebecca," "Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again," and BBC series "The Pursuit of Love" (which also features the devastatingly charming Andrew Scott).

"Downton Abbey"
For fans of period dramas, "Downton Abbey" is pretty up there. What makes it all the more interesting, however, is the fact that Lily James starred in seasons three to five. James's character, Lady Rose MacClare, was known for bringing a little scandal and rebellion to the series.

"Cinderella"
Back in 2015, James played the role of Cinderella in the live-action film remake of the Disney classic. The film helped James to make a name for herself outside of the UK and was certainly one of her career-defining moments.

BBC's "The Pursuit of Love" sees Lily James star alongside Andrew Scott (of "Fleabag" fame) as Linda Radlett. Adapted from the book by Emily Mortimer, the series follows Radlett in her search for the man of her dreams.

"Rebecca"
Based on the 1938 novel "Rebecca" by Daphne du Maurier, the 2020 Netflix adaptation stars Lily James as Mrs de Winter. It's a captivating watch, filled with haunting scenes and some fabulous period-style fashion.

"Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again"
James appeared in the sequel to "Mamma Mia," playing the role of young Donna Sheridan. It's safe to say that most people who watched "Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again" became fans of James (if they weren't already, that is).

"Baby Driver"
In 2017 film "Baby Driver," James stars as Debora, a Southern waitress who becomes involved with a getaway driver. The film has an incredible soundtrack, some pretty striking visuals, and, of course, James.

Lily James's most recent role (and our favorite) is her portrayal of Pamela Anderson in Hulu series "Pam and Tommy". The series is worth watching, whether for her adorable outfits, her powerful depiction of the iconic Anderson, or the remarkable visual transformation she underwent for the role.
