New Agents Spark New Drama in the Explosive "Selling Sunset" Season 6 Trailer

"Selling Sunset"'s sixth season is right around the corner, and we finally have a better look at what's to come between the show's familiar cast members, as well as some new faces, in the new trailer that dropped on May 4.

The season's first teaser, which dropped on April 20, showcases the cast giving vague — but telling — insight into their next storylines as they walk through glamorous homes. But the latest preview gets right to the drama as newcomer Bre Tiesi starts ruffling feathers among the other real estate agents — namely Chelsea Lazkani, who flat out says she "can't stand" the mystery surrounding Tiesi. "I don't think The O Group is ready for me," Tiesi teases in the trailer. Elsewhere, we'll finally get to see more of Chrishell Stause's relationship with Australian artist G Flip, as she says, "I know people think I'm having a midlife crisis, but I'm having an awakening."

After "Selling Sunset"'s explosive fifth season — which saw Christine Quinn quit The Oppenheim Group and Stause and her boss/ex Jason Oppenheim split over their opposing views on having kids — trust that the reality show will, indeed, be back with even more drama later this month. According to Netflix, "new agents mean new drama" in season six. "The realtors of The Oppenheim Group return with sleek penthouse listings, personality clashes, and pregnancies (Heather Rae El Moussa, who gave birth to her first child in January) — and throw enough shade to cover every cabana in Los Angeles," the synopsis reads.

The streaming giant renewed "Selling Sunset" for seasons six and seven back in January 2022, and a source told Us Weekly at the time that the cast are "very excited" about the show's future.

Ahead, find out everything we know about "Selling Sunset" season six — from the trailer and first-look photos to when it premieres.

"Selling Sunset" Season 6 Cast

"Selling Sunset"'s season six cast includes returning members Stause, Lazkani, Rae El Moussa, Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Emma Hernan, Mary Fitzgerald (and Romain Bonnet), Amanza Smith, and Davina Potratz. The season will also welcome some newcomers to the cast — Tiesi and longtime Oppenheim Group employee Nicole Young — while one veteran member has left the real estate franchise for good.

Despite Us Weekly's May 2022 report of Quinn saying she'll "absolutely" return to the show this season, Variety confirmed on Aug. 17, 2022, that she's exited the reality series, permanently. The news came after a source told Us Weekly in April 2022 that Quinn had parted ways with The Oppenheim Group. "It was Christine's decision to leave the Oppenheim Group," the source confirmed. Quinn's former boss Jason also addressed her status at his company during the "Selling Sunset" season five reunion that aired in May 2022 (which she wasn't present for), where he said, "Right now, there's not a place for her at The Oppenheim Group."

Quinn addressed her exit from the show that same month in an interview with People a month after she launched a crypto real estate venture, RealOpen, with her husband, Christian Dumontet. "I terminated my contract when the brokerage launched," she told the outlet. "I had to make a business decision that was for me, so I had to terminate the contract so I could move it over to my brokerage."

Meanwhile, on Aug. 4, 2022, People reported on Tiesi's "Selling Sunset" casting news, confirming she's been tapped for both seasons six and seven. Tiesi, a model who was looking to start up a long-term career when she made the switch to real estate, gave birth to her son, Legendary — whom she shares with Nick Cannon — in July 2022. Will Legendary and Cannon make any appearances on the reality show along with Tiesi? "I'm not going to necessarily hide [Legendary] from anything," Tiesi told People at the time about the possibility. "It is what it is between his dad and I. He's still obviously so little, so I will protect him from the majority of it for a little while."

Additionally, Young, who's been an Oppenheim Group agent for more than a decade, finally joins the show's cast this season. She previously explained to People why viewers haven't seen her in prior seasons, despite her history with the firm. "Originally, I was a part of the main cast," she said. "Honestly, at the time, I just got cold feet right before they were going to start filming. I just wasn't ready to expose my entire life, and even more so, my clients and business — which I'm very protective of — to the entire world."
